* For orders shipping outside the contiguous USA, all custom fees, and duties must be paid by the purchaser, as required by their local residence. Our applied shipping fees include any and all processing/shipping costs within the USA only.

* Customized items are non-returnable unless deemed damaged or defective. If there is any fault in craftsmanship or quality, we will repair/replace, or refund the item/s free of charge. We stand behind our work 100%! (NOTE) - Hats exposed to high volumes of dirt, sun, and sweat are likely to discolor which is not a defect in materials.
Order Cancellations
So long as production has not begun, orders may be cancelled and refunded upon buyers request. If production has begun, orders may not be cancelled.
